About the Course

  • Utkarsh Small Finance Bank PO-Customer Service program is very popular program amongst the students who would like to build their career in Banking Sector. NIBF brings this program in association with Utkarsh Small Finance Bank to select and train the candidates from the differnt parts of the country. 

  • In this program students will be selected first by NIBF and then by Utkarsh Small Finance Bank. The applicant’s will be selected through a rigorous selection process and given systematic inputs in various areas of Principles of Banking, Banking Laws & Compliance, Basics of Financial Services, Macro Economics, Business Mathematics & Financial Accounting, various professional skills including customer service skills, sales skills, managerial skills, negotiations skills and communication skills, in order to make them Job ready Professionals by the time they finish the course. 

  • The thrust of the course is to impart functional and specialized knowledge on Banking related topics and subjects. Students are put through a rigorous on-campus curriculum and Field training spread over 2 months which emphasizes on application of knowledge and overall development of personality.

Elgibility Criteria

  1. Candidates age must be less than or equal to 28 years at the time of admission 

  2. Those who have completed graduation with 50% (Aggregate) marks in any discipline. 

  3. Degree in any discipline from a recognized University OR any equivalent qualification recognized by Central Government with 50 % or above marks. However, Commerce graduate / Post-graduate or Management Graduate / Post Graduate will be given preference 

  4. Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for the selection process

Please note that if any false / incorrect information related to candidature shared by the candidates at the time of admission then he/she will not get the job assistance from NIBF.

Admission Process

Step 1: Download the NIBF mobile app from google Play Store. The link of mobile App is available in website www.nibf.in or your can download the same from following link –


Step 2: Open Mobile App of NIBF and go to store section and click on the Pro Banker Program. Read the Program Benefit and understand the eligibility criteria. If you need any clarification about program then you can call +91-77710-09640 or +91-99930-43366.

Step 3: Go to profile section of mobile App and complete fill all the details. Please note that your profile details will help us to identify the right job and preferred location. Also upload the following documents under your profile section-

a. AADHAR Card

b. PAN Card

c. Marksheet of Class 10th

d. Marksheet of Class 12th

e. Marksheet of Graduation

f. Marksheet of other qualification (if any)

g. Latest Color Passport size photograph.

Step 4: Then after verification of your documents we will send you the link for examination and if

you clear the examination then a video interview will be conducted for. If you clear both the rounds, then you will get admission in Pro-Banker Program.

Step 5: Finally, you have to pay the program fee. For more details about program fee visit the section of Program Fee in this document below.

Step 6: After receiving your program fee we will add you in Batch for Pro Banker Program. Then you can receive all information related to program, class schedule, Study Materials everything through NIBF Mobile App only.

Program Fee

Bullet Payment - 

Pay the fee online of Pro-Banker Program – Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) plus GST. applicable GST is @18%

Total Payable is Rs. 1,00,000/- + Rs. 18,000/- (GST) = Total Rs. 1,18,000/- (Rupees One Lac eighteen thousand only)

Loan / Easy EMI Facility

The details of Program fee, Down Payment and Loan Amount details are as under -

Program Fee       - Rs. 1,00,000/-

Applicable GST - Rs.      18,000/-

Total Fee               - Rs.  1,18,000/- (Rupees One Lac Eighteen Thousand only)

You can decide the Down Payment on your own. For example if you want to make Rs. 28,000/- as a down payment initially then you can make the remaining Rs. 90,000/- in 10 Easy Installments of Rs. 9,000/- each.
